CORTLAND, N.Y. — Fourteen inches of snow has fallen in Cortland County as central New York continues to grapple with a major snowstorm.
More than a foot of snow has fallen in Cortland as of 9 a.m. Monday, according to meteorologist Brian Donegan:

A travel advisory remains in effect for Cortland County until 7 p.m. tonight.
