CORTLAND, N.Y. – A Cortland man will spend three years in state prison after admitting he was involved in a meth lab operation in the town of Homer.
Dennis M. Murray, Jr., pleaded guilty Wednesday to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, a class A felony.
Under the terms of his plea deal, Murray agreed to serve 3 years in state prison along with 5 years of post-release supervision. He is currently an inmate at the Cortland County Jail.
Murray was arrested in January in connection with a meth lab operation at a home on Route 90 in Homer, according to court documents.
Authorities raided the home on Jan. 5 after receiving an anonymous tip.
Cortland County District Attorney Mark Suben prosecuted the case.
