1 - See local artists on display in downtown Cortland

Local artwork will be showcased at various locations this Friday in downtown Cortland from 5 - 8 p.m.

2 - See a Brockway Truck Show

The 16th annual National Brockway Truck Show will take place at the CNY Living History Center. The 'big day' is on Saturday with a parade from the museum to downtown Cortland.  The parade starts at 8:30 with trucks lining up in front of the Museum up to an hour earlier.   Two blocks of Main Street are sectioned off from regular traffic and trucks are parked from one end to the other.

3 - Cortland Comeback

The first annual Cortland Comeback is a free, family-friendly event in Courthouse Park. There will be food, live music and games. For more about the event, read our previous coverage here.

4 - See the Henhouse Prowlers perform live in Homer

Eleven years in the making, Chicago’s Henhouse Prowlers have built a reputation for hard work and non-stop touring, playing music inspired by the roots of bluegrass while branching out into a sound uniquely their own. From lightning fast picking, to sentimental ballads—playing storied original material, traditional songs, and contemporary covers—The Prowlers’ live show leaves no one wanting.

5 - Catch one of two final performances of "Sherlock Holmes & The West End Horror"

A despicable theatre critic has been murdered and there's no end to the list of suspects!  This funny and very theatrical who-dun-it has been called "a dashingly funny play...two hours of sophisticated fun!" by NY Newsday.  A great night out for theatre and mystery lovers alike!
