An investigation determined that during a verbal dispute with his girlfriend, Galeotti had pushed her and held her to the ground, according to police.

Galeotti was arraigned in Homer Town Court and taken to Cortland County jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.

The court issued an order of protection against him. His next court date is Nov. 3.
