Ronnie Rose, 40, of Dryden, is charged with a felony for aggravated driving while intoxicated and other traffic tickets, New York State Police said in a news release.

Officials said troopers responded to a dispute on Hile School Road Saturday.

Rose, police said, had driven a utility task vehicle -- a Kawasaki Mule -- on the road while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .09 percent. His 15-year-old son was a passenger in the vehicle.

Officials said the UTV was unregistered and that Rose was driving with an open can of beer.

He was issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Dryden Court Nov. 30.
