DRYDEN, N.Y. — A Marathon man was arrested Tuesday for driving while intoxicated, state police said.

Police were called to State Route 13 in the town of Dryden shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday to check on the welfare of a driver.
Michael J. Seaman, 39, was parked on the road with his turn signal on, police said.
Troopers determined Seaman had been driving while intoxicated with a B.A.C. of .16%.
Seaman was issued tickets returnable to Dryden Town Court Feb. 1.
