CORTLAND, N.Y. — A Cortland man who was on parole for a previous drug sale conviction in Cortland County was arrested Friday on drug possession charges.

On April 8, New York State Police and members of the Cortland County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at two apartments at 10 Northcliffe Rd in the city of Cortland following an investigation into heroin and crack cocaine sales.
Police seized 0.2 ounces of crack cocaine, a small amount of marijuana, a marijuana grinder, a crack pipe, three digital scales and $110 in cash.
William R. Clark, 27, was arrested for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
Clark was arraigned in Cortland City Court and remanded to Cortland County Jail without bail.
