Genitor Bio:

Genitor is a four-piece alternative rock band hailing from Cortland, NY. Since 2011, they've been writing and performing songs that have won over fans of punk, folk, metal and everything in between. Over the past five years, their sound has evolved into a pop mentality, with a powerful driving force behind it. Their catchy hooks and well-crafted compositions are apparent the first time you listen to them.
They've released two ep's during their time as a band, and are currently hard at work, putting the finishing touches on a collection of songs that they feel will be their best yet. This as-of-yet untitled album will be available on July 30th, 2016.

Genitor's members include Mark Francis, Matt Barnes, Brent Icenogle and Brendan Rew. They are all veterans of the local and regional music scene. Some of their past and current bands include The Loiterers, The Dead Army, Skuzo, Bent Peg, Pile of Heads and Sanjuro Fields.
