CORTLAND, N.Y. — One week after it was constructed, the new playground at Dexter Park has been vandalized with profane language and explicit pictures, according to the Cortland Youth Bureau.
"As we make strides to improve our City parks we are saddened to know there are individuals in our community who do not respect and appreciate the parks we have," the Cortland Youth Bureau said in a statement.
