First National Bank of Dryden announces staff promotions

DRYDEN, N.Y.  — The First National Bank of Dryden is pleased to announce recent staff promotions. Nicole Knapp has been promoted to Assistant Cashier and Luba Kostiv has been promoted to Administrative Assistant in the Loan Department.

Knapp started as a teller and progressed to the Customer Service Department. She became head teller of the Dryden office and then began balancing that role with additional work in the Loan Department. Knapp has been with the First National Bank of Dryden for six years.

Kostiv holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from SUNY Cortland and has been with the bank for four years. She also started as a teller and was trained in the customer service department, eventually leading to the role of back-up Head Teller. When asked about her promotion Kostiv says “I’m always thankful for the opportunity to learn something new and further my ability to help our customers.”
