Cortland police track down missing teen and infant

CORTLAND, N.Y. — A teenager and her infant child who were reported missing in Cortland last week have been located, the Cortland Police Department announced Monday.

Cassie Roulstin, 15, left home on Wed., Feb. 15, with her infant daughter, Kamryn Roulstin-Anderson, and the child's teenage father, police said at the time.

They were located in Monterey, California, and are currently in the custody of the California Department of Children and Family Services, police said.

The father of the child has been identified as 22-year-old Deion Anderson.

The investigation is ongoing and Anderson may face criminal charges, police said.
