Cortland YMCA seeks input in community needs assessment survey

The following is a republished press release from the YMCA of Cortland.

CORTLAND, N.Y. — If you live in Cortland County, the YMCA wants to hear from you! Through the end of March, the Cortland County Family YMCA, a cause-driven organization, is hosting an Online Community Needs Assessment Survey to seek input from community members.

Based on the survey findings, the Y will design and deliver new programs and services that address critical issues in the areas of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

“We’re encouraging members of the community to take the online survey and provide feedback so we can better understand the needs of our community and design programs and services based on those needs,” said David Hamilton, Executive Director of the YMCA.

To participate in the survey, visit www.cortlandymca.org and click on the survey link. Responses will not be individually tracked and will be kept confidential. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.

The Y is also seeking partners to assist them in distributing this survey. Contact David Hamilton, Executive Director, 607-756-2893 or [email protected] to discuss this opportunity.
