SUNY Cortland police report forcible touching incident

In compliance with the provisions of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, SUNY Cortland is giving notice of a forcible touching incident.

Reported Offense: A SUNY Cortland student reported a forcible touching incident that occurred on November 18, 2017 in the early morning hours.The incident occurred in a residence hall on campus.

Suspect(s): The suspect was known to the victim prior to the incident.

Narrative: Candace D. Greene  was arrested Monday at 12:30 p.m. is alleged to have forged 28 checks totaling more than $41,880 from her employer between April 2015 and December 2016. She was released to appear in city court at a later date.
