Cortland woman charged with resisting arrest

City police arrested her and she fought with the officers, according to Lt. Richard Troyer with the Cortland Police Department. She was released to appear in city court next month.

Narrative: On Sat., Nov. 18, at 3 p.m., Larry Stage called a 30-year-old female who has a valid order of protection against him, police said. A warrant was issued for his arrest. He was taken into custody, charged with criminal contempt, and released to appear in city court next month.
