Fans cheer after Cortland's 10th point during the Red Dragons' inaugural Silent Night in 2014

The SUNY Cortland men's and women's basketball teams will be holding their fourth annual "Silent Night" when the Red Dragons host New Paltz on Tuesday, December 5, at Corey Gymnasium. The women's game starts at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men's game at 7:30 p.m.

Fans are asked to remain silent and not cheer until Cortland reaches the 10-point mark in each game.

Admission is free. Monetary and toy donations will be accepted at the door. All proceeds will benefit the local Toys for Tots Foundation.

Many giveaways will occur for the fans during both games. There will also be a costume contest.
