Officers arrived to find that Michele Proulx was involved in an incident in which she pushed and obstructed the breathing of another family member at the residence. Proulx was taken into custody on $2,000 cash bail.

Narrative: On Saturday, Jan. 6, at around 1:44 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle being operated by 21-year-old Andrew Ellerson, of Moravia, for failing to keep right on Locust Avenue in Cortlandville. Ellerson was found to be operating a vehicle while his license was suspended, authorities said. He also had heroin, marijuana, and hypodermic needles in his vehicle, the sheriff's office said. He was taken into custody on $150 cash bail.
