Man accused of punching ambulance window

Narrative:  Defendant punched a window on the passenger side door of a TLC Ambulance vehicle, causing the glass to shatter. Defendant was arrested, processed, and released on an appearance ticket.

Homer man arrested on parole warrant

Charge(s): Criminal mischief in the fourth degree (misdemeanor); resisting arrest (misdemeanor); obstructing governmental administration (misdemeanor); traffic infractions
Date Arrested: March 7, 2018
Narrative: Defendant was stopped for speeding on Homer Avenue and not signaling a turn when
entering a parked position. Defendant was found to have an active parole warrant. When
being taken into custody the defendant resisted arrest, causing officers to take him to the
ground in order to control him and secure him. In the process the defendant's action
caused an officer to tear his uniform pants.

Narrative: Defendant is accused of punching a 16-year-old female acquaintance four times in the face. She was not injured. He was arraigned in Cortland City Court and taken to the Cortland County Jail on $250 cash bail.
