Narrative: Botoff is accused of possessing a nude image of a female under the age of 16 years old on his computer, which he uploaded to a social media website. The New York State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit conducted the investigation. Botoff was released to appear in city court April 11.

Narrative: On March 14, at about 1:56 p.m., an officer from the Cortland County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after observing the vehicle cross the center line and drive partially into the oncoming lane on Route 91 in the town of Truxton. The driver, Richard L. Watkins, was found to be intoxicated.
