CORTLAND, N.Y. — Authorities have arrested and charged a man in connection with the death of a 2-year-old at a residence in the village of McGraw.
The Cortland County Sheriff's Office has charged 29-year-old Dorian G. Bohn, of McGraw, with criminally negligent homicide, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
The investigation began at around 9 p.m. Thursday, according to Lt. Todd Caufield with the sheriff's office.
Bohn is currently being held at the sheriff's office awaiting arraignment at the time of this release.
"The investigation is continuing and additional information will follow," Lt. Caufield said in a statement.
