Two-year-old victim identified in McGraw homicide case

Dorian Bohn, 29, of McGraw, has been charged with criminally negligent homicide in the death of 2-year-old Kassidy Dains (Cortland County Sheriff's Office).

CORTLAND, N.Y. — Authorities have released the identify of a two-year-old girl who was found dead at a home in the village of McGraw Thursday evening.

The victim has been identified as Kassidy Dains, who lived at the McGraw home with her mother and 29-year-old Dorian Bohn.

Bohn has been charged with criminally negligent homicide, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, in connection with Dains' death.

Dains' body was found at around 9 p.m. Thursday, according to Lt. Todd Caufield with the sheriff's office.

Additional information may be released as the investigation continues, and additional charges are possible, Lt. Caufield said.

Bohn is being held at the Cortland County Jail without bail.
