Montana man charged with DWI

Name: Issac L. Johnson

Man refused to pay for drinks, police say

Summary: At around 11 p.m. Wednesday, 27-year-old David Thompson ordered two drinks at Woodman’s Pub and refused to pay for them, according to city police. He was charged with theft of services, a misdemeanor, and released.

Man charged with drug possession

Name: Zachary D. Dains

Location: Food Bag, Tompkins Street, Cortland, N.Y.

Summary: Dains was at the Food Bag convenience store and gas station on Tompkins Street Wednesday night. He was described by police as being “unable to hold a conversation, shaking uncontrollably, and sweating profusely.” He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and appearance in public under the influence of narcotics or a drug other than alcohol. According to police, Dains had a small amount of meth in his possession.
