Tompkins Cortland Community College to Inaugurate Montague

DRYDEN, N.Y. — SUNY Chancellor Kristina M. Johnson will perform the installation of Orinthia T. Montague as the fourth president of Tompkins Cortland Community College.

The ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. Friday at the Athletics Facility Gymnasium at the college, located at 170 North St., Dryden, N.Y.

Local and state government officials, representatives from other academic institutions, and leaders from the local community will take part in the formal ceremony.

Among the speakers will be a representative of the College’s student body, the chair of the College’s Board of Trustees, the Chancellor of SUNY, and colleagues from previous institutions that President Montague has identified as her mentors.
