Hundreds attended the inauguration of Dr. Orinthia Montague, the fourth president of Tompkins Cortland Community College in the institution's 50-year history.
Among those in attendance were SUNY Chancellor Kristina Johnson, SUNY Cortland President Erik Bitterbaum, New York State Sen. James Seward, and former TC3 President Carl Haynes.
