CORTLAND, N.Y. — A frost advisory has been issued for Cortland County through 9 a.m. Sunday.
Temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 30s late Saturday night through early Sunday morning, with some locations approaching freezing temperatures.
By Sunday afternoon, there will be some breaks in the clouds, with highs in the mid 50s.
Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation, according to the National Weather Service. Outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
On Monday, showers will return and highs will hover in the mid 50s.
