Cortland police report weekend arrests

The following individuals were arrested by the City of Cortland Police Department over the weekend:

Name: Emil Bowman, 28, of Cortland
Charges: Endangering the welfare of a child
Date Arrested: Nov. 10, 2018
Details: On the afternoon of Nov. 6, Bowman shoved a 14-year-old male at a residence on Rickard Street. He was sent to jail on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond.

Name: Kenneth F. Dugan, 66, of Cortland
Charges: Driving while intoxicated; aggravated driving while intoxicated; failure to stop at a stop sign
Date Arrested: Nov. 10, 2018
Details: Dugan failed to stop at a stop sign at Clinton and Pendleton streets.

Name: John L. Hoeffner, 45, of East Patchogue
Charges: Operation of a motor vehicle above .08; driving while intoxicated; driving the wrong way on a one-way street
Date Arrested: Nov. 10, 2018
Details: Hoeffner was driving the wrong way on Main Street and was intoxicated, police said.

Name: Enrique B. Vidaal, 21, of Mamaroneck
Charges: Endangering the welfare of a child; criminal possession of a controlled substance
Date Arrested: Nov. 10, 2018
Details: Vidaal possessed concentrated cannabis in front of a 15-year-old female.

Name: Brian A. Euseda, 20, of Huntington Station
Charges: Criminal possession of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of alcohol under 21; unlawful possession of alcohol
Date Arrested: Nov. 10, 2018
Details: Euseda possessed alcohol, cocaine, and marijuana while on Tompkins Street, police said.
