The Cortland County Courthouse
CORTLAND, N.Y. — The Cortland County Courthouse will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 27, due to a malfunction with the heating system in the building.
All county court matters will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 27, and will be rescheduled.
Individuals who would report to the courthouse for probation, alternatives to incarceration or community service programs are directed to report to Room 302 of the Cortland County Office Building, 60 Central Avenue, Cortland.
County staff should plan to report as usual.
The Cortland County Clerk’s Office will temporarily relocate to the County Records Center located at 35 Port Watson Street, which is next door to the Cortland City Youth Bureau.
It is anticipated this will be a one day closure. The county will issue follow-up information as the repairs are assessed and completed.
