CORTLAND, N.Y. — A Cortland County grand jury indicted a 19-year-old on charges of felony first-degree sexual abuse and forcible touching, a misdemeanor, on Friday afternoon.
The grand jury accused Hudson Doolittle of sexually touching an unidentified person “...When the other person [was] incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless …” on June 23 in Cortland County. Doolittle also forcibly touched that person’s “...sexual or intimate parts…” according to the court document.
The indictment did not state where the accused actions took place in the County, where Doolittle was arrested, or where he normally resides. Further details were not immediately available from state police, the agency involved.
Doolittle was not incarcerated in the Cortland County Correctional Facility Friday evening.
