Cortland Weather Outlook: Feels like summer (on Tuesday)

Summary: Temperatures will climb into the mid 70s on Tuesday before dipping down to seasonable weather for the rest of the week.

After a cloudy start to the day, some breaks in the sky have allowed for sunshine to peak through the clouds. Highs today are in the lower 60s, and lows will drop into the lower 40s later this evening; however, by Tuesday afternoon temperatures will have warmed considerably into the low and mid 70s. It will be breezy, with wind speeds averaging between 15-20 mph. There is a chance for showers, but more likely these will occur in the evening.

Temperatures will cool down into the lower 50s on Wednesday, with partly sunny skies and wind speeds staying between 15-25 mph.

Thursday is shaping up to be another nice spring day, with mostly sunny skies and highs in the lower 60s and only light wind speeds.
