It will be a chilly but sunny day in Cortland County, with unseasonably low temperatures and northwest winds ranging from 14-21 miles per hour, along with gusts of up to 31 miles per hour.
Temperatures will only reach a high of near 55 degrees during the day and will drastically drop to the low 30s in the evening.
Temperatures will start rising up again going into the rest of the week.

Tuesday: Clouds will start coming in, with there being a 50 percent chance of showers in the afternoon. After 2pm. Temperatures will reach the low 60s and drop to the low 50s at night.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy during the day, as there will be a high 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Temperatures will rise to about 72 degrees and will be as low as 57 degrees in the evening.
Thursday: Partly sunny with stabilizing temperatures in the low 70s. There will be a 30 percent chance of precipitation throughout the day. Temperatures will start dropping in the evening to the upper 50s.
Friday: Mostly sunny with temperatures reaching a high of 73 degrees and a low of around 52 degrees at night.
Saturday: Mostly sunny during the day with high temperatures of around 72 degrees. It will then get cloudy in the evening with low temperatures around 52 degrees.
Sunday: Mostly sunny with high temperatures of about 74 degrees.
