The end of the weekend will end with a sunny day, along with temperatures near 80 degrees and refreshing winds of up to 10 miles per hour.

It will however get partly cloudy at night, as forecasters are predicting showers and thunderstorms at the beginning of next week.

Temperatures will also drop to a low around 56 degrees.

Here is a look at next week's weather forecast from the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Monday: It will be a cloudy morning. As There will be a 70 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Along with southeast winds from a range of 13 to 16 miles per hour. Temperatures will reach a high near 72 degrees and a low around 53 degrees at night.

Tuesday: There will be a slight 20 percent chance of precipitation before afternoon hours. It will then start to get clear and sunny, with a high near 66 degrees and a low around 45 degrees.

Wednesday: It will be mostly sunny throughout the day, with a high near 73 degrees. It will then start getting cloudy and chilly, as temperatures will drop to a low around 50 degrees.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy, with a 60 percent chance of showers all day long and going into the evening. Temperatures will reach a high near 65 degrees and a low around 51 degrees.

Friday: Skies will start to clear up, with it being partly sunny and temperatures rising to around 70 degrees during the day. It will then get partly cloudy at night with a low around 50 degrees.
