For today's weather forecast, forecasters are anticipating thunderstorms and heavy showers late in the afternoon.
It will be mostly sunny during the day, with temperatures reaching a high near 81 degrees.
However there will be a 40 percent chance of isolated showers between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Then there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms that will last for the rest of the day, after 3 p.m.
It will start to get cloudy as we enter evening hours, with temperatures decreasing to about 60 degrees.
Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:
Thursday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures reaching a high around 79 degrees during the day. Skies will keep themselves clear at night, with temperatures dropping to a near 60 degrees.
Friday: Partly sunny, with temperatures reaching a high near 82 degrees. There will however be a slight 40 percent chance of thunderstorms and showers after noon. It will then start to get cloudy at night, with temperatures dropping to about 63 degrees.
Saturday: Partly sunny, with there still being a small 40 percent chance of showers throughout the day. Temperatures will reach a high near 76 degrees during the day and drop to around 60 degrees at night.
Sunday: Partly sunny, with temperatures reaching a high near 72 degrees during the day. There will however be a slight 30 percent chance of showers until early afternoon hours. Temperatures will then decrease to around 54 degrees at night.
Monday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures reaching a high near 73 degrees during the day. It will then start to get cloudy at night, with temperatures dropping to about 55 degrees.
