Cortland Weather Outlook: Tuesday, July 23

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are predicting a partly sunny day with temperatures reaching a high around 74 degrees during the day.

However, It will first be mostly cloudy in the morning. It will gradually start to get partly sunny as the day goes on.

There will also be strong north winds of up to 10 miles per hour in the afternoon.

Temperatures will then drop to a near 56 degrees at night.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures increasing to a near 75 degrees during the day. There will also be a slight 20 percent chance of light isolated showers throughout the day. Temperatures will then drop to about 54 degrees at night.

Thursday: Mostly sunny during the day, with temperatures increasing to a high near 80 degrees throughout the day. However, there will be a 30 percent chance of showers and possible thunderstorms in the afternoon. Mostly after 1 p.m. Temperatures will finally drop to around 56 degrees at night.

Friday: Sunny, with temperatures increasing to a high near 82 degrees during the day. Skies will then keep themselves clear in the evening, with temperatures dropping to around 60 degrees.

Saturday: Sunny, with clear skies throughout the day. Temperatures will reach a high around 83 degrees during the day and drop to a low near 63 degrees at night.

Sunday: Mostly sunny throughout the day, with temperatures increasing to a high around 86 degrees throughout the day. It will then start to get partly cloudy late in the afternoon, with there being a slight 30 percent of precipitation in the evening. Temperatures will then decrease to a near 64 degrees at night.
