Cortland Weather Outlook: Saturday, July 27

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are predicting a mostly sunny day, along clear skies and with temperatures increasing to a near 83 degrees.

It will then slowly start to get cloudy late in the afternoon, with there being a minimal 20 percent chance of isolated showers.

There will also be southwest winds of up to seven miles per hour in the afternoon.

Temperatures will then begin to drop to around 63 degrees at night.

Here is a look at the rest of this weekend's weather forecast along with the beginning of next week, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Sunday: Partly sunny during the day, with temperatures reaching a high near 83 degrees. It will however, tart to get cloudy early in the afternoon, with there being a 40 percent chance of precipitation. Southwest winds will reach up to 11 miles per hour. Temperatures will then decrease to around 65 degrees at night.

Monday: Partly sunny, with temperatures increasing to a high near 86 degrees during the day. It will then start to get mostly cloudy in the afternoon, with there being a 40 percent chance of showers and possible thunderstorms for the rest of the day. Temperatures will then drop to about 66 degrees late in the evening.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy, with there being a 40 percent chance of showers throughout the day. Temperatures will reach a high near 86 degrees and drop to about 64 degrees at night.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with there being a 50 percent chance of showers and possible thunderstorms during the day. Temperatures will increase to a high around 77 degrees throughout the day and decrease to a near 59 degrees at night.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures increasing to a near 77 degrees during the day. It will then start to get cloudy at night, with temperatures decreasing to a near 57 degrees.
