Cortland Weather Outlook: Tuesday, July 30

For today’s weather forecast, forecasters are anticipating a cloudy afternoon, with there being an 80 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 3 p.m.

Thunderstorms could produce damaging winds and heavy downpours, which may result in flooding.

The day will start off by being partly sunny. Clouds will slowly make their way as the day goes on.

Friday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures reaching a high near 80 degrees in the afternoon. It will slowly start to get partly cloudy in the evening, with temperatures decreasing to around 59 degrees at night.

Saturday: Mostly sunny with temperatures reaching up to about 81 degrees throughout the day. Skies will keep themselves clear at night, with temperatures dropping to around 59 degrees.

Sunday: Sunny and dry, with temperatures increasing to around 81 degrees during the day. At night, skies will keep themselves clear, and temperatures will drop to around 59 degrees.
