For today’s weather forecast, forecasters are anticipating a mostly cloudy day along with a 70 percent chance of scattered showers and possible thunderstorms throughout the day. 

There will also be southwest winds of up to 7 miles per hour during the day.

Chances of precipitation will then drop to around 30 percent in the evening.

Finally temperatures will decrease to around 57 degrees at night. 

Here is a look at the rest of this week’s weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton: 

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures reaching a high near 72 degrees during the day. Temperatures will then drop at night to around 53 degrees with there also being a 20 percent chance of precipitation.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy, with temperatures reaching a high of around 72 degrees during the day. It will then get partly cloudy in the evening with there being a 30 percent chance of scattered showers. Temperatures will then begin to drop at night to a near 53 degrees.

Friday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures increasing to a high near 76 degrees throughout the day. Temperatures will then drop to about 56 degrees at night.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures increasing to a high of around 79 degrees during the day. It will then get partly cloudy in the evening with temperatures dropping to a near 59 degrees.

Sunday: Partly sunny throughout the day, with temperature increasing to around 82 degrees. Temperatures will then begin to drop late in the evening to around 60 degrees.
