Cortland Weather Outlook: Saturday, August 24

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are anticipating a mostly sunny day with temperatures increasing to a high near 70 degrees during the day.

There will be calm north winds of up to eight miles per hour in the afternoon and in the evening.

Skies will keep themselves clear at night with temperatures dropping to a low of around 47 degrees.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures reaching a high of around 76 degrees throughout the day. Temperatures will then drop at night to a near 56 degrees.

Monday: Mostly sunny during the day with temperatures increasing to a high near 78 degrees. It will then begin to get partly cloudy in the evening with temperatures dropping to around 57 degrees at night.

Tuesday: Partly sunny with temperatures increasing to a high of around 77 degrees during the day. Clouds will then begin to show up late in the afternoon. Finally, temperatures will then drop to a low of around 60 degrees at night.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with there being a 40 percent chance of showers and possible thunderstorms throughout the day. Temperatures will reach a high of around 77 degrees in the afternoon. Temperatures will then drop to a near 58 degrees at night.

Thursday: Partly sunny with temperatures increasing to a high near 76 degrees during the day. It will then begin to become partly cloudy in the evening while temperatures decrease to around 56 degrees at night
