Cortland Weather Outlook: Monday, August 26

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are predicting a mostly sunny day with temperatures reaching a high of around 73 degrees.

There will also be southeast winds of up to 9 miles per hour throughout the day.

It will then begin to get cloudy as we enter evening hours with temperatures decreasing to a near 54 degrees at night.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Tuesday: Partly sunny with temperatures increasing to a high of around 77 degrees during the day. Clouds will then begin to show up late in the afternoon. Finally, temperatures will then drop to a low of around 60 degrees at night.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with there being a 40 percent chance of showers and possible thunderstorms throughout the day. Temperatures will reach a high of around 77 degrees in the afternoon. Temperatures will then drop to a near 58 degrees at night.

Thursday: Partly sunny with temperatures increasing to a high near 76 degrees during the day. It will then begin to become partly cloudy in the evening while temperatures decrease to around 56 degrees at night

Friday: Mostly sunny with temperatures increasing to a near 77 degrees in the afternoon. It will then begin to get cloudy late in the afternoon with there being a slight 30 percent chance of showers.
