Cortland Weather Outlook: Tuesday, September 3

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are predicting a partly sunny day with temperatures increasing to a high of around 74 degrees.

There will be calm winds that will become south of around 5 miles per hour in the middle of the afternoon.

It will then begin to get cloudy late in the afternoon with temperatures decreasing to a near 61 degrees at night.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Wednesday: Partly sunny during the day with temperatures increasing to a high of around 73 degrees. It will then get cloudy late in the afternoon with there being a 40 percent chance of showers in the evening. Temperatures will then drop to a near 45 degrees at night.

Thursday: Sunny with temperatures reaching a high of around 66 degrees during the day. Skies will then keep themselves clear in the evening with temperatures beginning to drop to about 45 degrees.

Friday: Sunny with temperatures increasing to a high of around 67 degrees throughout the day. Temperatures will then begin to decrease to around 47 degrees in the evening with it beginning to become partly cloudy late in the afternoon.

Saturday: Mostly sunny with temperatures increasing to a near 69 degrees during the day. Temperatures will then begin to drop late in the evening to around 48 degrees.

Sunday: Partly sunny throughout the day with temperatures reaching a high of around 63 degrees. It will then begin to become cloudy in the evening with temperatures decreasing to a near 44 degrees.
