There are always different events and activities happening at and around the Cortland County area on the weekends for people to participate and enjoy.
Here are some of the events happening this weekend in Cortland County:
The 2019 Trinity Valley Corn Maze
The Trinity Valley Corn Maze will open up tomorrow, Saturday September 14th, 2019.
Trinity Valley located on 2847 State Route 13 Cortland, NY 13045, will host this event on both Saturdays and Sundays from September 14th to October 27th.
Saturdays will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
It costs seven dollars per person, which includes various activities for the whole family to enjoy, such as the corn maze, hayride, tractor train rides, and access to all the playground and educational areas.
The Trinity Valley store and bakery will also be open throughout the day for shopping and fresh homemade baked goods,chili, hot dogs, chili, apple cider and much more.
Families will also be able to enjoy Trinity's mini-farm that includes goats, sheep, and baby calves.

Cortland Community SPCA Sip and Snack Spooktacular Fundraiser
The Cortland County SPCA Sip & Snack Spooktacular Fundraiser is an event that
features local wines, beers, spirits, cheeses and chocolates.
The event will take place tonight, Friday September 13th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Finger Lakes Tasting & Tap Room on 31 Main St, Cortland.
Tickets are $25 in advance and are available at Eventbrite.com.
There will also be raffle baskets at the event.
All of the money from ticket purchases will go to the Cortland Community SPCA.
Snuggle Season Painting & Sip
With the fall season around the corner, the Cortland's Cheerful and Creative Art Studio will be hosting their Snuggle Season Paint and Sip event tonight from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The event will take place at the Cheerful and Creative Art Studio located on 33 Main Street, Entrance on Central Ave, Cortland, NY 13045.
Be sure to arrive early before you paint and pour yourself a glass of wine and talk to friends.
It costs $30 to sign up.
