Cortland Weather Outlook: Tuesday, September 17

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are anticipating a mostly sunny day along with temperatures increasing and reaching a high of around 69 degrees.

There will be winds from a range of five to eight miles per hour in the middle of the afternoon.

It will then begin to become cloudy late in the evening with temperatures dropping to around 43 degrees before midnight.

Along with an increase of clouds at night, it will also start to become foggy.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Wednesday: It will be mostly sunny with temperatures increasing to a high of around 72 degrees throughout the day. Skies will then keep themselves clear at night along with temperatures beginning to decrease to a near 52 degrees.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures reaching a high of around 74 degrees during the day. It will then begin to become partly cloudy late in the evening with temperatures dropping to about 53 degrees at night.

Friday: It will be a sunny day with temperatures reaching the high 70s in the afternoon. Temperatures will then decrease to a near 56 degrees in the evening along with clouds increasing at night.

Saturday: Sunny along with temperatures increasing to a high of around 90 degrees throughout the day. Skies will keep themselves clear at night with temperatures decreasing to a low near 56 degrees.

Sunday: Mostly sunny during the day with temperatures reaching a high near 81 degrees. It will then start to become cloudy late in the afternoon with there being a 30 percent chance of showers in the evening. Temperatures will then drop to around 58 degrees at night.
