The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the larceny of a John Deere tractor, model 2940.
The tractor is described as green, 2 wheel drive, and is not equipped with an enclosed cab.
The theft, which was from a farm located on Daisy Hollow Road in the Town of Virgil, is believed have occurred during the late night hours of Sunday October 6th into the early morning hours of Monday October 7th.
