Cortland woman, Brittany Berry, 25, has pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting a child back in August and September of 2018.
According to city police, Brittany Berry, conspired with her husband Lawrence Berry to sexually exploit a child under the age of five.
The Berrys were initially arrested in September of 2018 for creating child pornography, according to city police.
Charges are still pending against Lawrence Berry.
According to the US District Court Clerk office in Syracuse, sentencing is scheduled for February 6th, 2020 in Utica.
