Cortland Weather Outlook: Saturday, October 19

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are predicting a mostly sunny day with temperatures increasing to a near 55 degrees in the afternoon.

However, there will be areas of frost in the morning. Mainly before 10 a.m.

It will then begin to get partly cloudy in the evening with temperatures decreasing to around 36 degrees at night.

Here is a look a the rest of this weekend's weather forecast along with the beginning of next week, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Sunday: It will be partly sunny with temperatures increasing to a high of around 61 degrees in the afternoon. It will then begin to become cloudy in the evening, with temperatures decreasing to a near 42 degrees at night.

Monday: Partly cloudy with there being a 40 percent chance of showers throughout the day. Temperatures will increase to a high near 63 degrees during the day and will then drop to around 47 degrees at night.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with there being a 60 percent chance of showers during the day. Temperatures will reach a high of around 61 degrees in the afternoon. Chances of precipitation will then drop to about 30 in the evening along with temperatures decreasing to around 41 degrees at night.

Wednesday: It will be partly sunny with temperatures reaching a high of around 53 degrees during the day. There will then be a 30 percent chance of rain in the afternoon. Temperatures will then begin to decrease in the evening until reaching a near 36 degrees at night.
