Cortland Weather Outlook: Monday, October 21

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are anticipating a mostly sunny day with temperatures increasing to a high of around 63 degrees in the afternoon.

However, it will be a foggy morning with fog beginning to disappear before 9 a.m.

Temperatures will then start to decrease in the evening until reaching a low near 49 degrees at night.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with there being a 60 percent chance of showers during the day. Temperatures will reach a high of around 61 degrees in the afternoon. Chances of precipitation will then drop to about 30 in the evening along with temperatures decreasing to around 41 degrees at night.

Wednesday: It will be partly sunny with temperatures reaching a high of around 53 degrees during the day. There will then be a 30 percent chance of rain in the afternoon. Temperatures will then begin to decrease in the evening until reaching a near 36 degrees at night.

Thursday: Mostly sunny throughout the day with temperatures increasing  to a high of around 58 degrees. It will then start to become partly cloudy in the evening with temperatures decreasing to a near 37 degrees at night.

Friday: Mostly cloudy with there being aa 30 percent chance of showers throughout the day. Showers will most likely start after 8 a.m. Temperatures will reach a high near 55 degrees during the day and drop to around 37 degrees at night.
