Cortland Weather Outlook: Wednesday, October 23

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are predicting a partly sunny day with temperatures increasing to a high of around 54 degrees in the afternoon.

There will also be west winds from a range of six to 15 miles per hour and gusts as high as 26 miles per hour during the day.

Skies will most likely keep themselves clear in the evening with temperatures dropping to a near 38 degrees at night.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Thursday: Mostly sunny throughout the day with temperatures increasing  to a high of around 58 degrees. It will then start to become partly cloudy in the evening with temperatures decreasing to a near 37 degrees at night.

Friday: Mostly cloudy with there being aa 30 percent chance of showers throughout the day. Showers will most likely start after 8 a.m. Temperatures will reach a high near 55 degrees during the day and drop to around 37 degrees at night.

Saturday: It will be a partly sunny day with there still being a 40 percent chance of showers throughout the day. Temperatures will reach a high of around 46 degrees during the day and drop to a near 32 degrees at night.

Sunday: It will be a mostly sunny day with temperatures increasing to a near 53 degrees in the afternoon. Clouds will then begin to show up in the evening with there being a 30 percent chance of showers at night. Temperatures will also end up dropping to around 37 degrees at night.
