The National Weather Service has recently issued a winter weather advisory warning along several counties within the Central N.Y. area, including Cortland on Sunday, December 1st.
This winter weather advisory is expected to go through until the evening of Monday, December 2nd.
Forecasters are anticipating heavy snow showers and accumulations of anywhere between five to nine inches.
These hazardous weather conditions could make travel very difficult or even impossible, especially coming back from the holiday weekend and a Monday morning commute.
