According to the Homer Police Department, on Wednesday, January 29th, traffic on Water Street from the intersection of North Main Street to approximately the back of the Homer Town Hall, will be closed due to the demolition of 27 North Main Street.
Access to and egress from Water Street can be made through the north parking lot of the town hall. The street will be closed starting at 7 a.m. and should be open up again at 4 p.m.
According to the Homer Police Department, flagging personnel will be in the area of North Main Street and Clinton Street, as the demolition may affect traffic on North Main Street.
