Six Cortland-Homer Ice Hockey players were recently honored, as they prepare for their first Sectional game of the season. Two of these players were selected to the Section III Division II Ice Hockey All Stars Team of the 2019-2020 season.
Sophomore Jed Brazo was awarded “Best Player of the Year,” and was placed in the All-Offense First-Team.
Senior Nick Gravel was placed in the All-Defensive Second-Team. Andrew Partigianoni, Nick Djafari, Nate Evans, and Dominic Tutino were all placed in the “Honorable Mention” list.
The Cortland-Homer Golden Eagles (#4 seed) will host #5 seed Oswego for the first round of Sectionals tomorrow, February 20th at J.M. McDonald Sports Complex. The puck drops at 7pm.
