Your Finger Lakes Weather forecast for Cortland and the surrounding areas for Saturday, February 22, 2020:
A sprawling area of high pressure centered over the Southeastern United States will bring another sunny day to Cortland County.
Few, if any, clouds are expected today with the high pressure dominating. Bright sunshine will abound from sunrise to sunset.
With air flowing clockwise around the high pressure, our winds will be steadily from the southwest today. Winds speeds will be between 5-10 mph with gusts to near or just above 20 mph.
Temperatures will rise into the upper 30s this afternoon thanks to the wind and sunshine before dropping back into the 20s this evening.

Sunday: Sunny with a cloud passing thin clouds. Morning lows in the upper teens with afternoon highs in the low 40s.
Monday: Increasing clouds. Evening rain showers, possibly mixing with a little snow or ice. Morning lows in the low 20s. Afternoon highs in the upper 40s.
Tuesday: Cloudy with scattered rain showers. Morning lows in the low 30s. Afternoon highs in the low 40s.
Wednesday: Periods of rain possible. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs in the low 40s.
