Weekend of Events: What to do in Cortland County?

Here are some of the events happening this weekend in Cortland County:

Come down to Main Street in Cortland to sample local food and beverages this Saturday, February 29th. It will be the biggest event of the day!

There will be a chili contest where the winning participant will be crowned with the "Best Chili" trophy. Each sampler serves as a judge.

You will be able to enjoy samples from 12pm - 4pm. The winner will be announced at 4:30pm, so make sure to cast your vote by 4:15pm.

Ticket purchasing information:

40% of the event profits from Chill-A-Bration this year will be donated to the City of Cortland's Community-Oriented Police program! The program puts on the Shop with a Cop initiative, where officers go Christmas shopping with children whose families may not be able to afford to go shopping for the holidays. Participating in the event will be a great time for you, and it's also a way to give back to the community.
